The facilities provided for guests within the complex include a 24 hour reception, lift access, Internet access, laundry facilities, meeting rooms, shop, car hire and parking.

There are 2 swimming pools, sun terrace, sun loungers with pool towels (deposit required), mini golf, tennis court, gym, mini club for children 5-12 years (summer season only), pool tables, table tennis and a regular entertainment programme.

The spa offers a wide range of services and treatments including massage, whirlpool, sauna and beauty treatments.

Within the hotel grounds there is also a nudist area for guests over 16 years.

The hotel provides 2 buffet style restaurants, pool bar, beach bar and an entertainment bar.

The accommodation consists of 307 guest rooms with double rooms, junior suites and superior suites available. Standard facilities include a private bathroom, air conditioning, mini bar, telephone, satellite TV and a balcony or terrace.

Situated overlooking Puerto Naos beach, the hotel is close to the resort centre where a variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be found. The airport and Santa Cruz are approx 35 km away.

All Inclusive

The all inclusive package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Snacks are available from the pool bar at selected times between meals.

Locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are served between 10:00 and midnight at selected bars according to individual opening times.
